Yes, that is what the product is for. You receive a domicile declaration to file with the commercial register, Switzerland’s equivalent of a state business registry. We check beforehand that your legal form and plans fit.
It goes into your own mailbox and you are notified when something arrives. From the Gold package we forward to an address of your choice. The exact frequency and postage costs are stated in your offer.
Not for the address itself. Forming a GmbH or AG, however, carries legal requirements on representation — at least one person with signing authority must be resident in Switzerland. If that affects you, talk to us before you incorporate.
As soon as the contract and identity verification are complete. That depends mostly on how quickly your documents arrive. Tell us your target date and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
Yes, in both directions. If your mail volume grows, move to Gold. If you need rooms for a while, Platinum makes sense. Switching is not a new registration.
Not in Silver. In Gold you can book rooms by the hour; Platinum includes an allowance. Individual rooms can be booked separately at any time, regardless of package.

How the invoice is issued for tax purposes depends on where your company is based and its legal form. VAT is Switzerland’s value-added tax, the rough counterpart of US sales tax. We confirm that in writing before you sign — it is stated in the quote.
